ABOUT FUND MY FUTURE
With support from the Allegheny County Executive, the Mayor of Pittsburgh, and other local elected officials, Fund My Future began serving families in Allegheny County in 2017, helping them save for college and other post-secondary goals.
To participate, any adult over 18 residing in Allegheny County can enroll. In order to be eligible for various raffle prizes, you must make a deposit into a new or existing children’s savings account at a bank, credit union, or 529 plan. One $1,000 prize and 29 $50 prizes are up for grabs every month.
Neighborhood Allies
In April 2021, Fund My Future PGH moved from Propel Schools to Neighborhood Allies, where the program joins other Economic Empowerment Initiatives, the Financial Empowerment Center and Bank On Allegheny County. Together, these initiatives provide opportunities for individuals and families in the Pittsburgh area to increase their knowledge, hope, skills, and assets.
